RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VARSEY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

RETURNS:

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at contact@varsey.com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation in the package.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGES:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team at contact@varsey.com to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items with tags or labels removed.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
